RETURN POLICY

We would like to make your returns as easy as possible. You can exchange a product up to 14 days after receiving the product. Shipping costs for exchanges where Tier One Sports is not at fault are paid by the customer. Shipping costs for exchanges and refunds where Tier One Sports is at fault will be credited in the same way your payment was made.

Please understand that we can only accept returns of products that have not been damaged or don't show use of the product. For certain items like tennis string sets and reels we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.

If you receive an item that was damaged at arrival, you can return the item at a full refund or exchange the product. We will cover the costs for returning the item.

Exchange items  or return merchandise for a refund where Tier One Sports is NOT at fault:

Please return your item via USPS priority in the USA and a trackable method from other parts of the world.

Email the tracking # to [email protected] to ensure a safe and traceable delivery and include a note with the following information to the address below:

  • Your Name
  • Order #
  • Mailing Address
  • Unopened items you are returning and items you would like to receive in exchange

RESTOCKING FEE: For retruns/refunds where Tier One Sports is not at fault, we will charge a restocking fee. The fee is determined by the complete shipping charges accumulated during processing the shipment.

  • Please state if you would like to EXCHANGE the itmes or receive a REFUND
  • Name of wrong or damaged items you are returning

If an exchange has been confirmed we will mail you the correct items including a return envelope and return shipping lable for the wrong items.

If a refund has been confirmed we will email you a return shipping label to retrun the items in question and initiate a refund in from of your inital payment.

Delivery Verification:

All our US orders are being shipped either by USPS or UPS depending on package size. All our shipments offer tracking. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows that the package was delivdered.

If you would like to have your package mailed as certified mail (requires signature to receive the package), we can arrange this shipping option for an additional fee.
