RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS TRU PRO's RETURN POLICY?

All products may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method provided if the items are returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the products. Please ensure that any product you wish to return is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached. You agree that it is at the sole and absolute discretion of TRU PRO (Tier One Sports, DBA) to determine if the product has been used. If TRU PRO determines at the arrival of the product(s) at our warehouse that the item(s) has been used and therefore is not in resellable condition, TRU PRO will return it to the customer without a refund.

  • New racquets must show no signs of use and be returned in their original condition (e.g., plastic on the handle, all tags still attached, no scrapes on the bumper guards, polybag, etc.).
  • Bags must be returned in the original polybag, have all tags on, and show no signs of use.
  • String and other accessories must arrive in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

If you decide to return an item that was purchased in connection with a special offer (for example, buy 2, get 1 free), you will have to return all items that are connected to the special offer in order to receive a full refund.

Once the return is approved, please mail the item(s) back to us. (The customer is responsible for returning the products with a shipping service that offers tracking for the package at the customer's cost.). Once a tracking # is available, please email it to [email protected]

Return or exchange an item where TRU PRO made a mistake with the order:

Once the return is approved, TRU PRO will mail or email you a FREE return shipping label. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return package and hand over the package to the mailing service stated on the return shipping label (USPS or UPS).

How long does it take to receive a refund on my return?

Once the item is received and back in the warehouse, refunds should be reflected on the account used during the purchase within 5-10 business days.
