SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When will my order being shipped?
Any order placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will usually ship the same or the next day. If you’ve placed an order after 12:00 PM ET or on a weekend, your order will usually process within 1-2 business days.
What shipping services are available?
We currently offer various USPS services (first class, priority, 1-2 day express) and UPS shipping service.
We will use the most cost-effective shipping option for orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes, we do offer USPS 1-2 days express shipping. If an order is placed before 9:00 AM PST Monday-Friday (Except Holidays) with this shipping service, the package will go out that business day.
How can I track my package?
If you decided to create a TRU PRO account during your purchase, you can find the tracking information by logging into your account.
Once your order is shipped, we send out an email with your tracking number. If you did not see this email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.

My tracking number shows the package was delivered but I did not receive it.
Our recommendation is to immediately talk to your mailman and/or postal service. Once we hand over the package to a delivery service (USPS, UPS), we have no control over your package. Thus, we will not take responsibility for a lost or stolen package if the tracking information shows a successful delivery. Thus, the responsibility to retrieve the package or receive a refund (in case of a lost or stolen item where delivery tracking shows a successful delivery) falls between the customer and the shipping service used for delivery.
